Constems-AI is a Technology company with a highly successful AI video technology called Bovi-AI. The company since its launch has worked with several industries like transportation, food, and apparel to solve complex problems by means of their advance technology.
THE OBJECTIVE
My role at Constems-AI was to research, analyze, re-design user experience and branding. The product services offered by Constems-AI are business to business, therefore my main role was to create an experience which would help clients envision the success of their product by incorporating intelligent AI solutions.
The Design purpose
The design is no longer an artistic practice and creativity is not just an artist's emotional expression. Designers are the solution to solving problems that enable people, businesses, and technology to impact how the world works. Through personal experience, experiments, and research, I’ve evolved from being an artist into a scientific designer. Designers who are systematic, methodic and the process is driven innovate more strategically. This is the approach I took to find issues with the existing user experience at Constems-AI and designed a simpler and lean design.
IDEATION
INFORMATION ARCHITECTURE
I started the design phase by first evaluating the current IA flow and encountered various issues during the process. A lot of the information was redundant, user flow was confusing and the brand message was unclear. I significantly solved these issues by redesigning the IA from the ground up. By introducing a hero banner along with the most popular products and services on the landing page, clients outreach increased by more than 25%.

The landing page was designed to have a simple and clear outlook. The intention was to introduce an idea of Artificial Intelligence and how the available services can bring a huge advantage to client's business. The single call to action button takes the user to the primary task, which is the service page.
SERVICE SELECTION
The AI technology caters to many fields and provides a wide variety of services to its clients. While researching old clients base, I discovered three main industries which the product catered to and then designed categorized selections.
PRODUCT
BOVI-AI is the company's main product and it had to convey a clear marketing message for the clients. The iconography, color, and visual guides were designed to convey this message.
